This ring is an exclusive design of The Karat Patch. Our 5-prong mounting for the stone really shows off the star effect. The shank on this ring is approximately 4mm wide and features an open design at the top to allow maximum stone beauty. This white topaz is 10mm diameter and the ring is size 6. This ring can be sized by any qualified jeweler or we can size it for FREE given the proper information. However, sized rings cannot be returned for any reason so, please consider free ring sizing carefully.
