THE KARAT PATCH SHIPS ONLY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.
The Karat Patch is a REAL store run by REAL people with REAL lives who work REAL business hours.
We try to ship items ordered within 24 hours however; weekends, weather, holidays, and family events may cause delays to that 24hr shipping effort.
Some JEWELRY CARE items, GIFT CERTIFICATES, and OIL AND GAS items ship USPS First Class and may be charged a flat shipping rate based on size and/or weight . USPS Priority and First Class are STANDARD shipping and are always FREE on eligible jewelry items. Other methods of shipping are available upon request at customer expense and will include additional handling charges.
The Karat Patch is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO:
1.) INSURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DELIVERABLE, AND
2.) PAY ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES THAT MAY APPLY FOR RE-SHIPPING DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN TO THE SHIPPER (The Karat Patch).
RETURNS POLICY
Items are eligible for conditional return for 7 days from receipt of item. Items must be returned in the original packaging and must not show any sign of wear or alteration of any kind to:

THE KARAT PATCH, INC. takes sole responsibility and discretion for the review and or approval of a proper return and all decisions are final. Returns may be refunded in the following ways:
- Any full or partial refund will be made only to the payment source used for the transaction
- Full refund if the product is determined to be defective.
- For the full price of the item only less any shipping charges unless returned late or altered. If altered there will be no return accepted and no refund given in partial or in full.
- A partial refund may be given if the item is being returned past the 7 day viewing period; in which case a re-stocking fee will be assessed depending on the length of time past the 7 day viewing period but will not be less than 20% and will be less any shipping charges if applicable, even if the product is without defect.
- If paid by PayPal, refunds or partial refunds will reflect fees refunded by PayPal
- Items purchased at our website and picked up at our physical address, or purchased at our physical address, are not eligible for return at our brick & mortar store for a cash or credit/debit card refund, but will receive a store credit.
The Karat Patch ships most jewelry items free within the continental U.S, however return shipping charges may be reimbursed if it is determined that the item received is defective.
SECURITY
The Karat Patch Inc. takes online security and fraud seriously. All suspect and proven fraudulent transactions will be cancelled and the details turned over to IC3, the FBI's Internet Crimes Division, who are very good at ruining your day if you are an internet predator or thief.
