SHIPPING 

THE KARAT PATCH SHIPS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY.  Some JEWELRY CARE items, GIFT CERTIFICATES, and OIL AND GAS items ship USPS First Class and may be charged a flat shipping rate based on size and/or weight .  USPS Priority and First Class are STANDARD shipping and are always FREE on jewelry items. Other methods of shipping are available upon request at customer expense and may include additional handling charges. 

The Karat Patch is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.  IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO: 1.) INSURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DELIVERABLE, AND 2.) PAY ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES THAT MAY APPLY FOR RE-SHIPPING DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN TO THE SHIPPER (The Karat Patch).

Most items ship within 24 hours.

RETURNS POLICY

Items are eligible for return for 7 days from receipt of item.  Items must be returned in the original packaging and must not show any sign of wear or alteration of any kind to:

TKPinc, 1003 E FM 700, Big Spring Texas 79720.  

THE KARAT PATCH, INC. takes sole responibility for the review and or approval of a proper return and all decisions are final.  Returns may be refunded in the following ways:

  • Any full or partial refund will be made only to the payment source used for the transaction
  • for the full price of the item only less any shipping charges unless returned late or altered  
  • a partial refund may be given if the item is being returned past the 7 day viewing period in which case a re-stocking fee will be assessed depending on the length of time past the 7 day viewing period but will not be less than 20% and will be less any shipping charges
  • If paid by PayPal, refunds or partial refunds will reflect fees refunded by PayPal  

The Karat Patch ships most jewelry items free within the continental U.S, however return shipping charges may be reimbursed if it is determined that the item received is defective.
