Amazing merchandise and wonderful customer service! Brought in an exclusive collectors item from TKP and was pleasantly surprised of how quickly the order was processed and the item shipped. A couple of days after the purchase, I called TKP to check on its status. I was told that the item had been already been shipped (within 24 hours of purchase) and texted the USPS info to me. I received the item in record time. Got what I wanted at a great price! True professionals who care about their clients. Highly recommend

I left my mother's wedding ring there to upgrade the solitaire and he did an amazing job. He also took the setting that was there and made me a pendant to have as a memory and he did a fabulous job on that too! I am blown away!

It’s my “Mother’s Ring”, symbolizing my husband’s November birthstone and six diamonds for our four children and two daughters-in-law. I ordered this product as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law, who co-owns and operates an oil company. It's a unique find and was just what I was expecting it to be, although I might have imagined it to be less thin and slightly weightier. Still, a nice little piece which could be worn dressed up or down due to its simple, contemporary design. Staff was very helpful, answering all of my questions and service was prompt, despite it having been during the holidays.

I've wanted this for years and finally pulled the trigger and bought it. It is very well made, sturdy and I am very satisfied with it. The only minor issue was one of the corners had the finish rubbed off but I was able to put some Old English wood polish on it and it's hardly noticeable now.
